A Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005 finalist, Nihira Joshi Deshpande is an Indian singer who recorded several popular songs like 'Dhadak Dhadak' from Bunty Aur Babli, 'Mera Dil' and 'Babuji Dheere' from Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute to Love, title song of the Ekta Kapoor Zee TV serial 'Kasamh Se' and the Radio City theme song. She has also lent her voice for songs in movies like Pailteer, Tula Shikaveen Changla Dhada and Amhi Satpute. Her 2017 venture as a playback singer includes the Marathi comedy drama movie Shentimental, under the direction of Sameer Patil, starring Upendra Limaye, Raghuveer Yadav and Ashok Saraf in the lead roles. She is also associated with the 2017 movie Tula Kalnaar Nahi directed by Swapna Waghmare Joshi.
