An Indian film actress, Nikhila Vimal is noted for her work in the Malayalam and Tamil cinema. Having made her acting debut as a child artist with a documentary on Saint Alphonsa, which was broadcast on Shalom TV, she made her debut on the silver screen with the Malayalam film Bhagyadevatha (2009) where she played the role of the lead actor Jayaram`s sister. She subsequently starred in another Malayalam film titled Love 24x7 (2015) before eventually gaining wide fame and recognition with her role in her maiden Tamil film Vetrivel (2016). Few of his other notable films include Panjumittai (2016) and Meda Meeda Abbayi (2017), a Telugu comedy drama film directed by G. Prajith. Her 2018 releases include Gayatri, Aravindante Athidhikal, Panjumittai and Njan Prakashan. Her 2019 releases include Mera Naam Shaji, Oru Yamandan Prema Kadha and Donga.
