Three-time Emmy Award winning casting director Nina Gold is perhaps best known for her work in the immensely popular fantasy drama series Game of Thrones. Besides this, she has headed the casting department in over a hundred films, notable among which are the historical drama The King's Speech (2010), the biographical sports drama Rush (2013), the biographical romantic drama The Theory of Everything (2014), the sci-fi film The Martian (2015) and Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015). She has also won multiple Casting Society of America Awards. Other significant film credits include The Life and Death of Peter Sellers (2004), Happy-Go-Lucky (2008), The Imitation Game (2014), Paddington (2014) and its sequel Paddington 2 (2018).
