Omar Shargawi is a Danish actor, writer and director. He is best known for his directorial projects Go with Peace Jamil (2008), 1/2 Revolution (2011) and Al Medina (2015). In 2018 he worked as a voice actor for The Guilty, a crime thriller. The film went on to become Denmark`s entry under the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 91st Academy Awards.
