P.L.Santoshi, was an Indian writer-director from Madhya Pradesh, who predominantly worked in Hindi film industry during the 1950s and 60s. Santoshi made his debut in Bollwyood with the film 'Hum Ek Hain' in 1946. His son Raj Kumar is also a film maker in Hindi cinema.
