A noted film director, writer and actor in the Kannada film industry, P.N. Sathya made his directorial debut with Majestic (2002), which also marked the debut of the popular actor Darshan. Known for mostly making action films, P. N. Sathya's other notable directorial ventures include Daasa (2003), Shastri (2005), Hatrick Hodi Maga (2009), Paagal (2011), and Bangalore Underworld (2017). Apart from direction, PN Satya has also worked as an actor; after making his acting debut with Dhruva (2002), he later starred in films like Arasu (2007), Chiru (2010), Gun (2011), Ram-Leela (2015) and One Time (2016). His 2018 release includes Mari Tiger.
