Pahari Sanyal, also known as Nagendranath Sanyal is an Indian actor, who works in the Bengali film industry. He is known for his performance as an actor in movies like Nayika Sangbad (1967), Aradhana (1969), Aranyer Din Ratri (1970) and Bhanu Goenda Jahar Assistant (1971). Sanyal received two Bengal Film Journalists` Association Awards - Best Actor 1942 for the movie Pratishruti (1941) and for Best Actor in a Supporting Role 1996 for the movie Jaya (1965).
