About
One of the most popular film and TV editors in Hollywood, Paul Rubell started his career with the TV series My Name is Bill W (1989) made his debut in a film with The Island of Dr. Moreau (1996). Rubell who holds a Bachelor's Degree in English literature from the University of California started his career as an assistant to Lou Lombardo and after working in the Film and TV industry for more nearly two decades he has been elected to membership in the American Cinema Editors. An Academy and BAFTA Award nominee, Rubell is noted for his work in films like The Island (2005), Transformers (2007), Thor (2011), Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014), The 5th Wave (2016) and The Fate of the Furious (2017). His 2019 release includes Bumblebee.
