Pooja Batra is an Indian model and film actress, who was crowned Miss India in the year 1993. Thereafter, Pooja made her debut with the film Virasat (1997). Her role in the film gained her accolades such as a Zee Cine Award for Best Supporting Actress and a Filmfare nomination under the same category. Her next film Bhai (1997), was also a box-office hit. She has appeared in many films since, such as Dil Ne Phir Yaad Kiya (2001), Haseena Maan Jayegi (1999) and Taj Mahal: An Eternal Love Story (2005). Her 2017 release includes the Hindi thriller film Mirror Game. Directed, written and produced by Vijit Sharma, the movie along with Pooja Batra stars Om Vaidya and Parvin Dabas in important roles.
