Pooja Bhatt is an Indian director, actress, voice over artist, and model. The daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja made her debut in her father`s TV film Daddy (1989). During the nineties, she played prominent roles in several movies including Sadak (1991), Hum Dono (1995), Chaahat (1996) and Border (1997). Her most popular solo film was Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin (1991). In the early 2000s, she moved behind the camera, making her directorial debut with Paap (2004). Other credits include Holiday (2006), Dhokha (2007), Kajraare (2010) and Jism 2 (2012). In 2020 she made her acting comeback with Sadak 2, a sequel to the 1991 movie, in which she reprised her original role.
