Pooja Vaidyanath is an Indian playback singer and performer, who has worked with eminent Indian music directors including A R Rahman, Ilaiyaraja, D Imman, G V Prakash, Yuvan Shankar Raja and many more. She shot to fame in 2010, through the popular Tamil Reality show Super Singer and her success at the show helped her gain recognition among prominent music personalities and culminated in her big break with the Mozart of Madras: A R Rahman for the song Tum Tak in the movie Raanjhanaa. In addition to playback singing, and releasing music albums Pooja has also performed in numerous live concerts all over the world with eminent music personalities including AR Rahman, Ilayaraja, S P Balasubramaniam, D Imman, Karthik, Vijayprakash Etc.

She is backed by her band Beantown Cats featuring popular guitarist and singer : Sylvester Pradeep, Prashanth Gnanamuthu on Bass, Adarash Subramaniam on Keyboards and John Melvin on drums and percussions.
