Prachee Adhikari has worked with T-Series on the regional album Beer Kuwar Ki Dharti. She has appeared in 26 movies across Telugu and Tamil cinema, and has featured in brand promotions for jewellery and antique diamond jewellery brands, including Kirti Lal Jewellers, Vijayawada.

She has also been part of the Telugu album Swasa, alongside singer Hemchandra, known for his Sa Re Ga Ma Pa fame.
