Marathi actor Prafull Samant gained recognition among the masses by portraying characters in supporting roles in the industry. His films Rangkarmi (2013), Aashiyana (2014), Priyatama (2014) and Athang (2016) were loved by the audience, before he was cast in Parakh Natyanchi, a suspense thriller. The film is already in the limelight for one of its songs which is an unusual combination of laavani and a sensual number. Besides playing roles in movies, Samant has also made appearances in Marathi TV serials like Ghadge And Suun, and Ka Re Durava.
