Juggling various roles in the film industry, Prakash Awasthi is an actor, director, producer, writer and lyricist, who works in the Chhattisgarhi film industry. He entered the industry in 2013 with director Ajay Sinha`s Bihaw Bina Jinge Kaise Katahi. Over the years Prakash has acted in movies like Mehraru Bina Ratiya Kaise Kati (2013), Jay Maa Maiharwali (2013), Mayaa-2 (2015) and Mayaru Ganga (2017). He made his directorial debut in 2015 with Mayaa-2. In 2018 Prakash acted alongside Nainy Tiwari, Sikha Chitambare, Hem Lal Kaushal and Hina Khan in the action-drama, Raju Dilwala. This is Prakash`s second movie as a director. He has also served as the lyricist on the movie. He is associated with the 2018 Chhattisgarhi romance-drama Raju Dilwala. His 2019 release includes Ticket To Chhollywood, directed by Anupam Bhargava.
