Pranav Hedge went from being an architect to an associate director and, ultimately, an actor. He had initially planned to look after his father`s business but later decided to follow his passion for film instead. He even enrolled in acting classes by Raj B. Shetty for this purpose. He works predominantly in the Kannada film industry. In 2013, he worked in a short film `Kaash yeh..` directed by Taha Rafi Ahmed. He marked his debut with the 2019 movie Lungi directed by Arjun Lewis, produced by Mukesh Hegde under the banner of Khara entertainment.
