Praveen Sattaru is an Indian film director, screenwriter and producer, who is known for his work in Telugu cinema. His directorial debut was in the year 2011 with the romantic comedy Life Before Wedding: LBW, for which he was the writer and producer too. His next directorial venture was Routine Love Story in 2012 starring Sundeep Kishan and Regina Cassandra, which received positive reviews and was appreciated for good on-screen chemistry between the lead pair. He then went on to direct the anthology film Chandamama Kathalu, which had eight sub-stories centered on love, and won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu. For his adult crime comedy Guntur Talkies, about how two boys from a slum who steal a huge amount of money struggle to escape from the police, Praveen cast Naresh, Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Rashmi Gautam in the lead roles. The director`s 2017 venture includes the Telugu comedy thriller PSV Garuda Vega 126.18M starring Rajasekhar, Pooja Kumar, Kishore and Shraddha Das. His 2020 release includes Imsai Arasi, directed by Praveen Sattaru.
