Prita S. Pathak is an Indian lyricist who was associated with the Deepak Dobriyal and Sanjay Mishra-starrer comedy action Chal Bhaag, following which she penned down the lyrics of songs like 'Ho Gaya Hai Ishak Hume Ho Gaya Hai' and 'Bhuka Panchhi Kyoun Chugta' from the 2016 movie Bhouri. The following year, in 2017, Prita was a part of Rajesh Jaggi's directorial venture Humein Haq Chahiye Haq Se, featuring Ankit Bharadwaj, Mukul Dev, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, and Sudesh Berry in pivotal roles.
