Having made his debut on the silver screen with Aflatoon in 1997, over the years, the actor has worked with notable stars including Aishwarya Rai, Shah Rukh Khan, Anil Kapoor and Akshaye Khanna. Some of the other notable film credits include Taal (1999), Josh (2000), Style (2001), Fanaa (2006), Happy New Year (2014) and Jio Baccho (2018), a Hind drama directed by Anil Dubey.
