About
Quinn Shephards prodigious talents go beyond acting to filmmaking and screenwriting. While her acting debut came at the age of 5 in the French drama film Harrisons Flowers (2001), Shephard was just 21 when she helmed her maiden venture as a writer-director: the teem drama Blame (2017). The film, which told the story of an ill-advised relationship between a drama teacher and a volatile teenager, was well-received by the critics and currently holds an 81% approval rating on the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes. Shephard was also nominated for the Archie Award for Best First Feature at the Philadelphia Film Festival and the Jury Award for Best U.S. Narrative Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival.
The television audience is perhaps best familiar with the actress for her breakout role as Morgan Sanders in the CBS show Hostages (2013-2014). Law & Order, The Blacklist and Person of Interest are among Shephards other notable tv credits. Significant film credits also include the comedy Unaccompanied Minors (2006), the indie drama Windsor (2018), the romantic drama Midnight Sun (2018) and the coming-of-age drama The Miseducation of Cameron Post (2018).
