Lakshman is an Indian screenwriter, director and producer who works primarily in the Tamil film industry. He made his directorial debut with the 2015 romantic comedy Romeo Juliet, which he also wrote. In 2017, he reunited with the lead actors of his maiden directorial - Jayam Ravi and Hansika Motwani - for the action movie Bogan. Prior to this, he had produced the 2006 romantic drama Kalvanin Kadhali. His 2021 release includes Bhoomi.
