Rachel works as a movement director, movement teacher, choreographer and acting teacher internationally. She has taught Movement at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London on the MA Acting for Screen, MA Advanced Theatre Practice courses and on the BA Acting course. Rachel also taught Dance and Drama at The Royal Ballet School, London.

She has recently worked as a movement director/choreographer; on the world premiere of Noel Cowards Blyth Spirit in Beijing, on Bollywood Film Mubarakan, with Nevill Holt Opera's, Noyes Fludde, and The Orange Tree Theatre's, Twelfth Night. As well as working as an assistant to The Royal Opera House's Opera Artistic Director and as assistant choreographer on Welsh National Opera's international tour of Verdi's Opera, Macbeth.

Rachel trained at LIPA, CSSD, and has furthered her training in breath, acting, movement and yoga in India, Israel, USA and with physical theatre company Frantic Assembly.
