Radhika Sarathkumar, also known as Raadhika, is an Indian actress, producer, politician, and entrepreneur known for her work across Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam cinema. Raised in Chennai and educated in India and the UK, she made her debut in 1978 with the Tamil film Kizhake Pogum Rail, directed by Bharathiraja. Over the years, she has starred in acclaimed films including Nyayam Kavali (1981), which won her the Best Telugu Actress award, Dharma Devathai (1986), Needhikku Thandanai (1987), and Keladi Kanmani (1990).

Beyond acting, Sarathkumar has built a strong presence as a television producer, backing popular serials such as Annamalai, Chitthi, Vani Rani, Thamarai, and Chithi 2, and also produced the film Meendum Oru Kadhal Kadhai (2016). She has appeared on television as well, including a judging role on Jodi Number One Season 5.
