Rafey Mehmood is an Indian cinematographer who began his career in 1997 with the film Private Detective: Two Plus Two Plus One. Moving on to commercial cinema, he became a part of films like Raghu Romeo ( 2003), Haasil (2003), Mixed Doubles (2006), Mithya (2008), Fatso! (2012), and even the critically acclaimed and widely loved Ankhon Dekhi (2013) before he lent his genius to Bioscopewala (2018).
