Best remembered for directing the popular television show Madarangi, which has a very successful 600-episode run, Raghu Shivamogga is known for his work in the Kannada entertainment industry. Having directed over 20 telefilms, Raghu Shivamogga also was associated with a short film titled Chowkabaara, which featured stars like Achyuth Kumar and Sharath Lohitashwa, who worked in the movie for free due to low funds. Reunited with Achyuth and Sharat, Raghu made his feature film debut with the 2018 Kannada drama Churikatte, which featured Pravin Tej and Prerana in lead roles.
