Rahil Qazi is an Indian screenplay writer who has co-written films like Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag (2007), Do Dooni Chaar (2010) and the television serial Rang Rasia (2013). He has also written the upcoming comedy film Ekkees Toppon Ki Salaami which is set to release in October 2014.
