Raj Durge, primarily a writer, made his debut in 2015 with the movie Razzakar, which he also directed, marking his directorial debut as well. The same year, he was associated with the Marathi comedy drama Koti. In 2017, his debut movie was dubbed in Telugu and was titled Nizam Sarkorada.
