The movie was a hit and Rajesh cemented his place in the film industry as a cinematographer. He next worked on the Hindi movie, DOA: Death of Amar (2014). Rajesh next worked on the 2015 romantic-comedy, Goa. The movie was a Kannada remake of Venkat Prabhu's 2010 hit Tamil movie of the same name. Rajesh next worked as a DOP on Ganga (2015) and Raj Vishnu (2017). Both the movies bombed at the box office.
