An Indian film cinematographer, Raju Thota has primarily worked in Telugu film industry. He is best-known for the 2017 blockbuster Arjun Reddy.

Previously, he has worked as an assistant cinematographer for cinematographer Surender Reddy and director Mani Sharma on many projects. He also associated with Hindi films such as Ishqiya, Oh My God! and Rambo Raj Kumar and Telugu films such as Needhi Naadhi Oke Katha.
