After working in the industry as an assistant and associate cameraman for nearly five years, Nandi Award winning Telugu cinematographer Ram Prasad made his debut in 1994 with Pacha Thoranam. Over the years he has worked on movies like Subhamasthu (1995), Hitler (1997), Subhakankshalu (1998), Hyderabad Blues (1998), Rockford (1999), Nee Kosam (1999), Prema Kosam (2000), Chala Bagundi (2000), Murari (2001), Hanuman Junction (2001), 9 Nelalu (2001), Aadi (2002), O Chinadaana (2002), Pellam Oorelithe (2003), Nenu (2004), Athanokkade (2005), Chakram (2005), Evandoi Srivaru (2006), Hare Ram (2008), Maryada Ramanna (2010), Mirapakai (2011), Legend (2014), Malini & Co. (2015) and 2 Countries (2017). In 2018 Ram served as the cinematographer on director KS Ravikumar`s action-drama, Jai Simha.
