Rasu Madhuravan was a popular Tamil film director. He started his carrier as an Assistant director and later in 1999 he made his directorial debut withthe Poomagal Oorvalam movie. He had directed movies like Paandi, Mayandi Kudumbathar, Goripalayam and Pandi Oli Perukki Nilayam. He died at the age of 44, on July 9, 2013.
