With a background of five years in theatre acting, Ravi Omprakash Rao is an Indian actor, who primarily works in the Gujarati film industry. He has starred in Gujarati TV serials like Niharika, Unstoppable Crime, Kehvat Ne Rang Katha Ne Sang, Jagya Tyarthi Savar, Raja Harishchandra, and Shaque. Ravi has also been a part of Hindi serials like Mahasati Maina Sundari, Sankalp and a couple of episodes on Savdhaan India. His film career took off with the Hindi movie.

The Closed Door. Since then Ravi has starred in Gujarati movies like Raghuvanshi (2013), Kaydo (2015), Duniya Jale To Jale (2016), Jai Swami Narayan, and Jai Umiya Maa. In 2018 Ravi acted alongside Vishal Solanki, Koyal Shewale, Manny Raval, Hitarth Dave and Twisha Bhatt in debutant director Stuti Shukla`s romantic-drama, Dil Chemistry. His 2019 release includes My Dear Babuchak.
