Ravindra Jain was an Indian music composer who predominantly worked in the Hindi film industry. He composed music for various films that include Saudagar (1973), Chor Machaye Shor (1974), Geet Gaata Chal (1975), Chitchor (1976), Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se (1978) and Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985), for which he won the Filmfare Best Music Director award. He also composed music for the popular television series Ramanand Sagar`s Ramayan. His other notable projects include Baromas (2016), Anna (2016) and Devyaani (2018). Ravindra Jain passed away in October 2015.
