Raymond Herbert is an American actor who is best known for his role as Leland Palmer in Twin Peaks (1990-1991, 2017) and its prequel film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992). His other notable performances include Vice President Hal Gardner in 24 (2006), The Devil in Reaper (2007-2009), and Marvin in Fresh Off the Boat (2015-2020). His other releases include Swamp Thing (1982), Robocop (1987), Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003), God`s Not Dead 2 (2016), Star Trek: Captain Pike (2016), To Your Last Death (2019) and King Knight (2021).
