Rhea completed her acting workshop at the Shri Ram Centre for PerformingArts, New Delhi, where she played the parallel lead in a dramatic adaptation of Prem Chand and stories: Do Behnein and Do Bailon Ki Katha.
Thereafter she joined the Delhi-based Theatre Group and DramaTech and where she played the Sutradhar in Prem Chand, Betowali Vidhwa and Panch Parmeshwar.After coming to Mumbai, she has been involved as an Assistant Director in the films Zero and Anandwaa.
