Ric Waite was an American film and television cinematographer. During his career, he received four Emmy Awards nominations and won one for Captains and the Kings. He is best known for his work in movies like 48 Hrs (1982), Red Dawn (1984) and Footloose (1984). Ric Waite passed away in February 2012 at the age of 78.
