In a Hollywood career spanning around two decades, Rich Delia has served as the casting director for over 65 feature films, besides serving as a casting associate for nearly as many. Some of his best known movie credits include the indie drama Short Term 12 (2013), the Oscar-winning biographical drama Dallas Buyers Club (2013), the horror thriller Annabelle: Creation (2017) and the biographical comedy The Disaster Artist (2017). Of these, his work in Dallas Buyers Club (2013) earned Delia the Casting Society of America`s Artios Award for Outstanding Achievement in Casting.

More recently, Delia assembled the cast for movies like Game Night (2018), Tag (2018), Shazam! (2019), Annabelle Comes Home (2019), IT: Chapter Two (2019), Birds Of Prey (2020) and The Disaster Artist (2020).
