Richard M Nathan is an Indian cinematographer who predominantly works in the Tamil film industry. He started his career in 2010 with the movie Angadi Theru, and then went on to be associated with several films like Ko (2011), Vanakkam Chennai (2013), Trisha Illana Nayanthara (2015), Appa (2016), and Kaththi Sandai (2016). His 2017 venture includes the drama Thondan, written and directed by Samuthirakani, followed by the action comedy Ippadai Vellum starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and Manjima Mohan in the lead roles, under the direction of Gaurav Narayanan. In 2018, Richard shot the action drama Kaali, a Tamil movie which released simultaneously in Telugu as Kaasi. His 2019 release includes Comali, directed by Pradeep Ranganathan.
