Richard Phelan is an artist, writer and director working in the entertainment industry. As a storyboard artist, he has worked on the Shaun the Sheep TV series (2012 - 2013), the 2015 movie adaptation of the same as well as the 2018 feature film Early Man. He made his debut as a feature film director with the 2019 movie A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon. The film went on to get nominated at the Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature Film.
