Richard Schenkman is an American screenwriter, director and an occasional actor who started his career TV video and video documentary director. His maiden directorial venture was Lusty Liaisons II (1994), a TV movie. He subsequently went to direct many TV and mainstream commercial feature films, whilst at the same time, he also worked as a writer. Some of his popular directorial ventures include October 22 (1998), And Then Came Love (2007), Man from Earth (2007), and Mischief Night (2013).
