A popular Japanese fashion model and actress, Rila Fukushima started his career as a model and modelled for various renowned brands in various advertisement campaigns and modelling shows. After making his debut the acting debut Karma: A Very Twister Love Story, he made his feature film debut with The Wolverine (2013). His 2017 release includes Ghost in the Shell directed Rupert Sanders.
