Robert Riskin was an American writer and producer, born on March 30, 1897 in New York City. He has started his career as a playwright with Broadway and has written screenplays for several films. His film credits include Mr. Deeds, It Happened One Night, Meet John Doe and You Can’t Take It with You. He was one of the winner of Oscar award. He died at age of 58, on September 20, 1955 in California, USA.
