American author, screenwriter and actress Roberta Griffin made her acting debut with an uncredited role in the Tom Hanks directorial That Thing You Do (1996), and has since appeared in minor uncredited roles in a handful of short and feature films. Besides this, she has also published a book titled Living Independently: An Instruction Manual. Notable among Robertas screenwriting credits is the 2017 Kannada film Uddishya.
