Rohini is an Indian film actress. Since her debut as a child artist at the age of six, she has appeared in over a hundred films across all major film industries in the country. She was one among the most sought-after actresses in the Malayalam film industry in the 1980`s, which was the most prolific phase in her career. In 1995, Rohini was honoured with a Special Mention at the National Film Awards for her performance in the Telugu movie Stri.
