An actor-turned-filmmaker, Rohit Padaki made his debut in 2015 with the Kannada movie Aatagara. He essayed the role of a sub-inspector in his debut movie. He next went on to write two films - Dayavittu Gamanisi (2017) - also his directorial debut - and Aake directed by K.M. Chaitanya.
