Roja Selvamani is an Indian actress who primarily works in the Tamil and Telugu film industry. She was was one of the leading actresses in the South Indian cinema of the `90s. Roja began her career with the Telugu film Prema Thapassu (1991) opposite Rajendra Prasad. She was introduced to Tamil cinema with the romantic drama film Chembaruthi (1992) directed by R.K Selvamani.

Roja was highly praised for her performances in movies like Veera (1994), Ayudha Poojai (1995) and Thirupathi Ezhumalai Venkatesa (1999). Roja later appeared in supporting roles in movies like Golimar (2010), Mogudu (2011), Kaavalan (2011) and Apple Pennae (2014). Her 2015 releases include Pulan Visaranai 2 and En Vazhi Thani Vazhi.
