Ron Clements is a film writer and director who is famous for his work in the films The Great Mouse Detective (1986), The Little Mermaid (1989), Aladdin (1992), Hercules (1997) and The Princess and the Frog (2009). His next directorial venture is the film Moana, which is due for its theatrical release in November, 2016.
