Rukmini Maitra is an Indian actress and model who works primarily in the Bengali film industry. She started out in the showbiz as a model at the age of 13, and has modelled for several magazines and brands like Tata Tea, Royal Stag, Femina and Elle. In 2017, Rukmini made her feature film debut with the Bengali sports drama film Chaamp. Other significant acting credits include the drama film Cockpit, Kabir and Kidnap. Her 2020 release includes Switzerland, directed by Sauvik Kundu.
