Runu Devi Thakur is an Indian actress who works in the Assamese film industry. Her well known movies include Sandhya Raag (1977), Anirban (1981), Kolahal (1989) and Koina Mor Dhunia (2001). She`s also a part of Hemanta Kumar Das` directorial debut, Othello (2017). Ranjit Sarma penned the storyline. The movie cast include Arun Nath, Runu Devi, Arup Baishya and Jupitora Bhuyan. Othello won the National Award for Best Film (Assamese) in 2015.
