Ryoo Seung-wan is a South Korean director, who made his debut in 2000 with Die Bad, which was a compilation of his short films. Over the years he rose to fame with hit movies like The City of Violence (2006), The Unjust (2010), Veteran (2015), The Battleship Island (2017) and Exit (2019), all of which were box office successes.
