S. Sakthivel is a Tamil film director and writer who started his career in 2009 by directing and writing the screenplay and dialogues of the action movie Kandhakottai, starring Nakul and Poorna in lead roles. After his maiden venture, he was associated with the 2013 Tamil drama Eshwer Gomathy - EGO. Making his debut as a producer, S. Sakthivel was a part of K. P. Jagan's comedy-drama En Aaloda Seruppa Kaanom, which features Anandhi and Pakoda Pandi in lead roles.
